AeroAtoms is committed to delivering your UAV and drone components safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timeframes, costs, and important information regarding the shipment of specialized drone components.
1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
Domestic Shipping (India)
We ship to all serviceable locations across India through our trusted logistics partners. All orders within India qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Availability may vary based on:
- Export control regulations for UAV/drone components
- Local customs and import restrictions
- Shipping carrier serviceability
- Component-specific shipping requirements
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)
- Shipping Cost: FREE
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery Time: 3-4 business days after dispatch
- Tracking: Available for all orders
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Standard International: 10-15 business days
- Express International: 5-7 business days
- Tracking: Available for all orders
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Domestic Orders (India)
FREE SHIPPING on all orders within India.
International Orders
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

4. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day
- Specialized or precision-engineered components may require additional processing time
- Custom orders may have extended lead times (customers will be notified)
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships with tracking information
5. SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS FOR UAV/DRONE COMPONENTS
Important: UAV and drone components may be subject to special shipping regulations and restrictions.
Battery-Powered Components and Lithium Batteries
- Lithium batteries are classified as hazardous materials and require special shipping methods
- Some shipping methods may not be available for orders containing batteries
- International shipments with batteries require compliance with IATA regulations
Export Control and Restricted Items

- We reserve the right to refuse shipments to restricted countries or entities

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders:

- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost

- AeroAtoms is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges

Import Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations for UAV/drone components. Please verify that items can be legally imported into your country before placing an order.
7. DELIVERY
Delivery Address
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- We cannot modify the address once the order has shipped
- Delivery requires a signature for orders above a certain value
- If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided.
Delivery Delays
AeroAtoms is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Recipient unavailability
- Government restrictions or regulations
8. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Email notification with tracking number
- Link to track your shipment
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your order through:
- The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Your AeroAtoms account dashboard
- The shipping carrier's website directly
9. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We cannot ship to:
- PO Boxes for certain items requiring signature confirmation
- Countries or regions with active trade restrictions
- Locations where UAV/drone components are prohibited by law
- Areas not serviced by our shipping carriers
10. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address on your order
- Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
- We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue
Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged package:
- Document the damage with photographs immediately
- Keep all original packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged packaging and products
- We will arrange for return shipping and replacement at no cost to you
11. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
To modify your shipping address:
- Contact us immediately after placing your order
- Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change requests
- Additional shipping charges may apply for international address changes
12. MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS
Orders containing multiple items:
- May ship in separate packages
- May arrive on different dates
- Will have separate tracking numbers for each package
- Shipping cost remains FREE for domestic India orders
