Warranty Policy

All Products: 12 months from date of purchase

What's Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions, including:

  • Hardware defects affecting normal operation
  • Manufacturing defects in components and assembly
  • Firmware issues that prevent proper functionality
  • Connector and port failures under normal use
  • Power management system defects

What's NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Physical damage from crashes, impacts, or mishandling
  • Water damage or exposure to moisture beyond specified IP ratings
  • Electrical damage from incorrect power supply or voltage spikes
  • Normal wear and tear including scratches, cosmetic damage
  • Modification or tampering with hardware or firmware
  • Use beyond specified operating parameters (temperature, altitude, etc.)
  • Damage from third-party accessories not approved by AeroAtoms
  • Software conflicts with third-party flight control software

Warranty Claims Process

Step 1: Contact Support

  • Email: support@aeroatoms.com
  • Include: Order number, product serial number, and detailed description of issue
  • Attach: Photos/videos demonstrating the problem

Step 2: Diagnostic Support

  • Our technical team will provide remote troubleshooting assistance
  • Follow provided diagnostic procedures before warranty claim approval
  • Most issues can be resolved through firmware updates or configuration changes

Step 3: Return Authorization

If hardware replacement is required:

  • Receive RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
  • Pack product securely using original packaging when possible
  • Ship to authorized service center (shipping costs covered by customer)

Step 4: Evaluation & Resolution

  • Evaluation period: 5-7 business days upon receipt
  • Valid warranty claims: Free repair or replacement
  • Out-of-warranty or damage claims: Repair quote provided

Replacement Policy

New Product Replacement

Products under warranty with manufacturing defects will be replaced with:

New units (for defects within first 10 days from the date of delivery)
